Sallie June Hill Dies in Car Accident on Soledad Canyon Road near Shangri-La Drive in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California (July 25, 2022) – Sallie June Hill, 50, of Palmdale has been identified as the woman who was killed in a Friday afternoon car crash in Canyon Country.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened at around 5:35 p.m., July 22, on Soledad Canyon Road near Shangri-La Drive.
The woman was driving A Ford Explorer when she suffered a medical emergency. She collided with four other vehicles before crashing into a bus stop.
A fire hydrant was also sheared during the collision.
Hill was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
