1 Injured after Emeryville Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Powell Street
Emeryville, California (July 26, 2022) – At least one person sustained minor injuries following a car accident on Tuesday night in Emeryville.
According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, the accident happened at around 9:30 p.m. July 24, on westbound 80 Freeway, just east of Powell Street.
Per the report, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
Firefighters and medical personnel arrived at the scene and attended to at least one person injured in the collision. The total number of victims and their current condition were not immediately provided.
The vehicles sustained significant front-end damage due to the car accident. The vehicles were towed away from the accident scene.
