1 Injured in Car Crash on 16th Street near E Street in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (July 28, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a Wednesday afternoon car accident in Sacramento.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 1:35 p.m. on 16th Street near E Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the afternoon collision. Although the events leading up to the accident were yet to be established, officials say the impact of the collision caused one of the cars to crash into a power pole.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
