At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Arden-Arcade Car Accident on El Camino Avenue
Sacramento County, California (August 2, 2022) – At least one person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash that happened early Tuesday morning in Arden-Arcade, Sacramento County, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident occurred at about 12:07 a.m. near the 3732 block of El Camino Avenue.
A Mazda SUV and a Toyota sedan were involved in the collision.
Several passersby were attempting to get one person out of a vehicle before emergency personnel responded.
The report said at least one person was hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the accident.
The Mazda was towed away with major front-end damage and the Toyota with major damage all around.
Eastbound El Camino Avenue remained blocked as authorities investigated.
