Woman Dies, 3 Hospitalized after 3-Car Accident near Northgate Boulevard and Sotano Drive in North Sacramento
Sacramento, California (August 2, 2022) – A woman died, and three others were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle accident that happened Tuesday afternoon in north Sacramento, as per a local news source.
Three vehicles collided shortly before 5 p.m. near Northridge Boulevard and Sotano Drive.
It was unclear what caused the collision at the time of the report.
Four people were transported to the hospital. One of them, a woman, died of her injuries. The others had non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Traffic delays were expected due to traffic lane closures in the area.
The Sacramento Police Department is investigating the accident.
