4 Hospitalized After Huntington Beach Car Accident at Brookhurst Street and Yorktown Avenue
Huntington Beach, California (August 4, 2022) – Four people were hospitalized following a car accident early Sunday morning in Huntington Beach, according to a local news source.
The accident occurred at around 1:45 a.m. July 31, at Brookhurst Street and Yorktown Avenue.
Per the report, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. Following the impact of the collision, one of the vehicles crashed into a power pinning a female driver inside.
Responding firefighters and medical personnel freed the female driver. The medics attended to a total of four persons injured in the crash. The patients were transported to medical centers for treatment.
Authorities closed the intersection as a result of the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
