1 Hospitalized after Riverside Motorcycle Accident on Highway 91 near Van Buren Boulevard
Riverside, California (August 8, 2022) – One person was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident that took place Sunday night in the Arlington community in Riverside, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision occurred just after 10 p.m. on eastbound Highway 91 near Van Buren Boulevard.
A Civic motorcycle that was reportedly recklessly driving collided with a white car for unknown reasons. The vehicle flipped and landed on its roof, blocking the middle traffic lanes. The motorcycle and the rider were also blocking traffic lanes after the collision.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with major injuries.
Police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
