1 Seriously Injured in Sonoma Car Crash on Adobe Road near Stage Gulch Road
Sonoma, California (August 22, 2022) – One person was severely injured in a DUI collision that took place Sunday night in Sonoma, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at about 10:31 p.m. on Adobe Road, about half a mile north of Stage Gulch Road.
The crash involved a Honda Civic and a Nissan pickup truck.
One person was trapped inside the wreckage and needed extrication. Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the party.
Authorities said the crash resulted in major injuries to at least one person. The patient was hospitalized in unknown condition.
One driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, causing bodily harm.
Police are investigating the collision.
