Man Killed in Pomona Bike Accident on Val Vista Street and Paige Drive
Pomona, California (August 22, 2022) – A man died in a crash between his electric mountain bike and a vehicle in Pomona on Sunday evening, according to Pomona police.
The wreck happened on Val Vista Street and Paige Drive at around 5 p.m. on August 21.
The man was riding the bike when a vehicle struck him just north of the Pomona (10) Freeway.
The victim was killed in the accident.
Authorities shut down all lanes at the intersection as they investigated the incident.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
