1 Hurt After Fremont Truck Accident on 880 Freeway near Thornton Avenue
Fremont, California (August 23, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a minor semi-truck crash that injured at least one person on Monday afternoon in Fremont.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 12:54 p.m. on August 22, on the northbound 880 Freeway, just south of Thorton Avenue.
Per the dispatch, three vehicles, including a big rig, collided for reasons yet to be determined.
Fire officials and medics arrived at the crash site to attend to at least one person injured in the accident. The patient was treated for minor injuries. Their name remained undisclosed.
The vehicles were towed away from the accident location.
