1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Union City Accident on 880 Freeway at Alvarado Niles Road
Union City, California (August 25, 2022) – One person sustained minor injuries following a multi-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in Union City, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened on the northbound 880 Freeway at Alvarado Niles Road.
Per the CHP report, three vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.
Firefighters and medics rushed to the accident scene to attend to one person injured in the accident. The patient was treated for minor injuries. The party's name remained unrevealed.
Police blocked lanes 1 and 2 following the accident.
