1 Killed in Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Highway 79 in Temecula
Riverside County, California (August 25, 2022) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision that happened on Wednesday night in Temecula, Riverside County.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 8:20 p.m. on Interstate 15 Freeway near Highway 79.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. Officials say one vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the collision.

One vehicle reportedly overturned after the crash and landed on its wheels.
CHP says one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
