1 Hurt in Pomona Car Accident on 10 Freeway near White Avenue
Pomona, California (August 26, 2022) – At least one person was injured following a car accident on Thursday evening in Pomona, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision occurred around 6:05 p.m. on August 25, westbound 10 Freeway, west of West Avenue.
Per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. One of the vehicles reportedly drove at a high-speed rate following the accident.
Responding firefighters and medics rendered aid to at least one party who complained of pain following the crash. The patient was treated for minor injuries.
The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the accident. All roads were cleared as of 6:34 p.m.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
