Caltrain Worker Injured in Palo Alto Accident near California Avenue Station
Palo Alto, California (August 28, 2022) – A Caltrain worker was injured when he fell nearly 25 feet through wood decking near a rail bridge in Palo Alto early Thursday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at around 1 a.m. on August 25, next to the California Avenue Station.
The worker reportedly fell on a walkway near the rail bridge for unknown reasons.
The man was taken to Stanford Medical Center with serious injuries.
Construction in the area was suspended due to the incident.
The Caltrain officials are investigating the accident.
