Spencer Thomas Killed in Santa Clarita Car Accident on San Francisquito Canyon Road
Santa Clarita, California (August 29, 2022) – Spencer Thomas, 28, was among three people who died in a car accident on Sunday afternoon in Santa Clarita, according to the coroner's office.
The wreck happened at around 4:10 p.m. on August 28, in the 29889 block of San Francisquito Canyon Road.
It's unclear what led up to the accident.
Thomas and two other parties died in the crash.
The crash left two other parties injured. The extent of the injuries sustained in the accident was not specified.
The crash is under investigation.

Santa Clarita, California (August 28, 2022) – Two people died, and two others were hospitalized with critical injuries after a Sunday afternoon Santa Clarita crash involving two vehicles, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The incident took place at about 4:11 p.m. on San Francisquito Canyon Road at Riverview Road.
A white BMW and an older blue SUV collided head-on for unknown reasons. The BMW caught fire, but responding firefighters put it out shortly after arrival.
Three people were pronounced dead on arrival. Two others sustained critical injuries, and an air ambulance was dispatched to provide medical transportation.
San Francisquito Canyon Road was closed in both directions for several hours following the collision.
