Salvador Covarrubias ID'd as Bicyclist Killed in Wasco Truck Accident on Poplar and Filburn Avenues
Wasco, California (August 30, 2022) – Salvador Covarrubias, 67, was killed in a bicycle collision involving a truck in Wasco on Sunday night, according to the authorities.
Covarrubias was riding a bike in the area of Poplar and Filburn avenues when he was struck by a vehicle just before 8:19 p.m. on August 28.
Authorities said the crash resulted in the death of the bicyclist at the scene.
