2 Injured in Contra Costa Accident on Highway 4 near San Marco Boulevard
Contra Costa County, California (August 30, 2022) – Police freed two persons pinned inside their vehicles following a car accident early Monday morning in Contra Costa, according to a local news source.
The collision happened a while before 3:20 a.m. on August 29, on Highway 4 near San Marco Boulevard.
Per the report, at least five cars collided for unknown reasons.
Fire officials and medical personnel arrived at the accident area. The firefighters freed two people pinned in their vehicles. Police confirmed at least one party involved in the accident was ferried to the hospital for further treatment.
