At Least 1 Hospitalized after Kingsburg Car Crash at Avenue 384 and Road 8

Kingsburg, California (August 30, 2022) – At least one person was hospitalized after a driver ran a stop sign Tuesday morning at an intersection in Kingsburg and crashed into another vehicle, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident occurred at about 6:50 a.m. at Avenue 384 and Road 8.
CHP said an older white Chevrolet pickup truck ran a stop sign at the corner and collided head-on with a gray Chevrolet Avalanche.
Kingsburg police and firefighters responded to the scene.
At least one person was transported to the hospital by the firefighters with a possible broken arm.
The at-fault driver was only identified as Katherine.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
