Rudy Hartono Among 2 Drivers Killed in Head-On Collision on Victory Boulevard in Woodland Hills
Woodland Hills, California (August 31, 2022) – 36-year-old Rudy Hartono of Woodland Hills was one of the two drivers who died after a Monday night head-on collision in Woodland Hills.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the wreck occurred at about 11:30 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Mason Avenue.
The other driver who died in the accident was Armen Benglyan, 24, of Northridge.
Police said one of the drivers was going eastbound on Victory Boulevard when, for unknown reasons, allowed his vehicle to cross into the westbound lanes and collide head-on with the other car.
Benglyan was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hartono was extricated by firefighters and taken to the hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
The crash left the street closed for hours as authorities investigated.
