1 Dead, 1 Injured After Car, Semi Collide on North Sierra Highway and East Avenue N
Palmdale, California (September 1, 2022) – One person died, and another was hospitalized after a big rig collided with a car, ending up on top of it in Palmdale, as per a local news source.
The collision took place at about 2:20 p.m. near North Sierra Highway and East Avenue N.
The Los Angeles County firefighters responded to the scene to find the semi-truck resting on top of a smashed car.
One person was declared dead at the scene. Another victim was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
