1 Killed in Motorcycle Accident at Van Buren Boulevard and Regency Ranch Road in Riverside

Riverside, California (September 2, 2022) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened near Woodcrest in Riverside on Thursday night.
At around 10:56 p.m. on September 1, the California Highway Patrol responded to a motorcycle accident at Van Buren Boulevard and Regency Ranch Road.
A pickup truck reportedly collided head-on with a motorcycle in unclear circumstances.
Officials say one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities shut down lanes of Van Buren Boulevard between Mockingbird and Regency Ranch as the scene was cleared.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
