At Least 1 Sustains Minor Injuries after Orinda Car Accident on Highway 24 and Wilder Road
Orinda, California (September 2, 2022) – At least one person was hurt following a multi-car accident on Thursday afternoon in Orinda, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 12:12 p.m. on September 1 on westbound Highway 24 at Wilder Road.
Authorities confirmed four vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
Fire officials and medical personnel arrived at the scene to aid at least one person injured in the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately provided.
Police issued a SigAlert at 12:22 p.m., closing lanes due to the collision. The SigAlert was canceled, and all roads opened at 2:13 p.m.
No other information regarding this collision was released.
