At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Sacramento Motorcycle Collision on 5 Freeway near 80 Freeway
Sacramento, California (September 16, 2022) – At least one person was severely hurt in a motorcycle collision that happened Thursday afternoon in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident was reported at around 3:10 p.m. on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of 80 Freeway.
A motorcycle and a white Lexus sedan were involved in the accident. The Lexus was blocking the No. 1 lane, and the motorcycle was in the center divide.
The report said at least one person suffered major injuries in the collision.
The motorcycle was towed away from the crash scene.
