Three Hurt in San Jose Crash near Tully Road and Senter Street
San Jose, California (September 16, 2022) – Three people were injured in a crash between two vehicles in San Jose on Friday afternoon, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The incident took place near Tully Road and Senter Street at around 12:45 p.m.
According to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, deputies had earlier responded to a report of trespassing at the fairgrounds nearly a half mile west of Tully Road.
When authorities arrived, the suspect had fled from the site and collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Tully Road and Senter Street.
Three people were taken to hospital for treatment. One of the drivers involved in the accident reportedly sustained life-threatening injuries.
Further details on the incident were not immediately released.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
