1 Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on 680 Freeway near Berryessa Road in San Jose
San Jose, California (September 19, 2022) – One person sustained major injuries in a two-vehicle accident that took place Sunday evening in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident happened at around 6:19 p.m. on southbound 680 Freeway, just south of Berryessa Road.
A black Honda Accord and another car were involved in the collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found one person with serious injuries. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to transport the victim to the hospital.
The Honda was towed away from the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
