Three vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the highway just north of Highway 68

Camel-By-The-Sea, Calif. – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning in Camel-By-The-Sea, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 8:45 a.m. on southbound Highway 1, just north of Highway 68.
Emergency personnel responded and found three vehicles, including a gray Dodge pickup truck, involved in the collision.
One person sustained minor injuries in the collision.
A person reporting the accident said the pickup truck was reportedly driving recklessly, speeding away from The Home Depot, and ran two stop signs before the crash.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
