Authorities said a white Chevy Camaro and at least two other vehicles collided on the southbound side of the freeway

Santa Clarita, Calif. – Emilio Carbajal Cruz, 27, has been identified as the man who was killed in crash early Sunday morning in Santa Clarita, according to the medical examiner's office.
The crash took place on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway at Newhall Avenue at about 1:35 a.m. December 24.
Authorities said a white Chevy Camaro and at least two other vehicles collided on the southbound side of the freeway.
Cruz reportedly died following the accident.
One other person was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
Three lanes of the southbound freeway were shut down following the incident.
The collision is under investigation.
