, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle collision on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Sacramento Monday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 3:47 p.m. on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

A white 15 Lexus EX350 and a blue Toyota were involved in the wreck. A preliminary Investigation indicated that one of the cars involved ran a red light causing the collision.

One person sustained minor injuries in the crash.
