Kenneth Lane was driving a pickup truck north on 35th Avenue when he failed to stop for a red light and crashed into the back of a car and hit another truck at McDowell Road

Phoenix, Ariz. – Lake Robertson, 10, was injured in a crash that happened in west Phoenix on Monday morning, according to the authorities.
The crash occurred on 35th Avenue and McDowell Road at about 11:30 a.m. December 25.
According to the authorities, Kenneth Lane, 31, was driving a pickup truck north on 35th Avenue when he failed to stop for a red light and crashed into the back of a car and hit another truck at McDowell Road.
Lake, Kenneth's son, was with him at the time of the crash and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries including facial fractures.
Kenneth was arrested and booked into jail on charges of aggravated assault and endangerment. He was being held on a $75,000 bond.
DUI is suspected to have played a role in the crash.
The incident is under investigation.
