Police said Sidhu was riding a motorcycle when he was hit by a vehicle operated by a suspected DUI driver

Natomas, Calif. – The bicyclist who was killed in a crash with a vehicle in Natomas early Monday morning has been identified as Jaskarn Singh Sidhu, 24, of Sacramento, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
The crash took place on E. Commerce Way and N. Park Drive at around 12:45 a.m. on December 25.
Police said Sidhu was riding a motorcycle when he was hit by a vehicle operated by a suspected DUI driver.
Sidhu was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
After treatment, the driver was expected to be arrested on DUI charges, police said.
The collision is under investigation.
