The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene

Victorville, Calif. – The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department has released the identity of a pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle at an intersection in Victorville.
Jeen Hines, a 33-year-old resident of Victorville, was struck and killed by a white Jeep at Palmdale Road and El Evado Road at about 6:13 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
Hines was pronounced dead at the scene about 10 minutes after the accident.

Victorville, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian accident at an intersection in Victorville Tuesday evening.
The police responded to the wreck at around 6:30 p.m. at Palmdale and El Evado Roads.
Per the report, a pedestrian was struck by a white Jeep truck while attempting to cross Palmdale Road.
The victim who was only identified as a woman was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Authorities have shut down Palmdale Road in both East and West directions for an investigation.
