Tucson, Ariz. – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a train in Tucson on Wednesday afternoon, according to the authorities.
The incident happened on North Main Avenue and West Fourth Street at about 3:45 p.m. December 27.
The Union Pacific officials said a pedestrian was hit by a train outside of a crossing.
The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The crash is under investigation.
