The Infiniti caught fire after the collision and both the driver and his passenger were declared dead at the scene

Modesto, Calif. – The authorities have disclosed the identities of two people who died in a head-on collision last week Wednesday in Modesto.
The accident was reported around 5:45 p.m. on Highway 132 near North Gates Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
26-year-old Emmanuel Villa-Angel, of San Jose, was driving an Infiniti east on Highway 132 when he drifted into the opposite lanes and sideswiped one vehicle.
The impact of the collision caused the Infiniti to rotate counterclockwise and collide with a Chevrolet SUV. Authorities say another car crashed into the rear of the SUV.
The Infiniti caught fire after the crash and both the driver and his passenger were declared dead at the scene. The passenger was later identified as 25-year-old Juan Torres Vazquez of Sunnyvale.
Both occupants of the Chevy were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
