Amber Wyatt and John Sibthorpe Killed in Santa Paula Crash on Highway 126 near Boosey Road

County, Calif. – 29-year-old Amber Wyatt and 35-year-old John Sibthorpe have been identified as the couple killed in a car crash last week in .

The crash happened on Highway 126 near Boosey Road at about 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Santa Clarita couple was traveling west on Highway 126 when they struck a Ford F-150 heading in the opposite direction. The debris from the crash struck two other vehicles.

Amber died at the accident scene.

Sibthorpe was extricated from the vehicle and was transported to the hospital where he died while receiving treatment.

The 44-year-old man driving the second car was hospitalized with unknown injuries.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
