Two vehicles collided near Jayne Avenue and 5 Freeway, injuring one person
Coalinga, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after two vehicles collided Friday morning in Coalinga, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident took place around 8:30 a.m. on the W Jayne Avenue on-ramp to southbound 5 Freeway.
A gray Toyota Camry and another car were involved in the collision.
Coalinga firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with the complaint of pain to the chest.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the collision.
