Two vehicles, one of which was reportedly stolen, collided on State Route 14, sending one person to the hospital
Santa Clarita, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Friday evening on State Route 14 in Santa Clarita, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident occurred around 7:44 p.m. just north of Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the cars had allegedly been stolen.
One person sustained minor injuries in the crash. The patient was transported by ambulance to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for treatment. A police officer escorted the party in the ambulance, and another police officer followed the ambulance with their patrol vehicle. It was not immediately clear if the patient was under arrest.
The collision is being investigated.
