Sacramento, Calif. – One person was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision on State Route 50 in Sacramento early Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 2:58 a.m. on the eastbound Highway 50 just east of Howe Avenue.
Responding authorities arrived at the crash site and found two separate collisions.
The first crash involving two vehicles left one person with severe injuries. The second crash recorded no injuries and it also involved two cars.
The identity of the victim was not disclosed.
A tow truck was requested for the scene.
