Placerville, Calif. – At least one person sustains serious injuries in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 49 in Placerville Tuesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 1:28 p.m. on State Route 49 and Crystal Boulevard.
The police said a red Ford sedan and a March pickup truck were involved in the crash. The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
The impact caused the Ford to overturn.
At least one person was severely hurt in the wreck.
