Murrieta, Calif. – A woman was hospitalized after being struck by a car in Murrieta on Thursday morning.
The pedestrian accident happened on Nutmeg Street between Washington Avenue and Nicolette Way at around 5:53 a.m., according to Murrieta police.
A woman was reportedly struck by a car on the highway in unclear circumstances.
The woman was injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
