, Calif. – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle collision on in Stockton Friday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 7:12 a.m. on the northbound State Route 99 just north of Hammer Lane on-ramp.

Reportedly, two vehicles were located at the crash site. However, how they collided was not immediately established.

The impact of the wreck damaged a 100ft chain link and a metal pole.

One person was killed in the accident.

The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
