Two vehicles collided in the Valley Glen area of LA, leaving two occupants trapped in the wreckage

Los Angeles, Calif. – Six people were injured in a car accident that happened Saturday afternoon in the Valley Glen neighborhood of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The collision occurred around 12:51 p.m. in the 6121 block of Woodman Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash.
Responding firefighters found two people trapped in the wreckage and freed them.
Six people, including those who were trapped, were injured in the collision. Five of them, including at least one child, were taken to area hospitals for treatment. Two patients were listed in critical condition.
One person declined medical transportation.
No other details were given, but an investigation is ongoing.
