Three vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the interstate near Highway 14
Newhall, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday evening on an interstate in Newhall.
The pileup took place at about 6:20 p.m. on northbound Interstate 5, just south of Highway 14.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident.
A party contacted authorities reporting the collision, saying that one of those involved is their employee and hit their head and was bleeding.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked several traffic lanes.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the crash.
An investigation to determine the cause of the collision is ongoing.
