Sacramento, Calif. – Six people were injured in a crash involving at least two vehicles on Connie Drive in North Sacramento Wednesday morning.
According to the Metro Fire of Sacramento, the serious injury crash happened on Connie Drive and Marconi Avenue.
The police said at least two vehicles collided in the area for reasons not yet established.
Six people sustained injuries, three of them hospitalized with severe injuries. The other three refused to be transported to the hospital.
Marconi Avenue was closed from the eastbound off-ramp to Kenwood Street as officers investigated the scene.
Motorists were asked to use alternative routes.
Additional information about the collision was not available.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
