Phoenix, Ariz. – Authorities have identified 38-year-old Ozzy Pena as a man killed in a crash Wednesday night near 67th Avenue in Phoenix.
Authorities said the wreck happened at around 10 p.m. on January 10 near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix.
Pena suffered severe injuries and was transported to a hospital along with three others for treatment.
Pena was pronounced dead while receiving treatment.

Phoenix, Ariz. – A man was killed and three others were transported to a hospital after a two-vehicle collision near 67th Avenue in Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the collision happened at around 10 p.m. near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.
Reportedly, a vehicle veered into the two-way center lane of traffic while driving west on Thomas Road and crashed into a truck trying to make a left turn.
A man inside the car that slammed into a truck was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Three other people were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Alcohol and drugs were not believed to have played a role in the crash.
More details about the collision were not provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
