Modesto, Calif. – A 46-year-old motorcycle rider was after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection in Modesto, according to the California Highway Patrol.
According to the CHP, a 47-year-old man driving a Chevrolet Silverado failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of Crows Landing Road and Ehrlich Road and struck the motorcyclist.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and was found under the vehicle.
The 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
