At Least 1 Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 51 in Sacramento

, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a minor injury accident that happened Wednesday morning on Highway 51 in Sacramento.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place around 5:47 a.m. in the southbound lanes south of the Exposition Boulevard on-ramp.

At least three vehicles, including a white Toyota Corolla, were involved in the accident.

Sacramento firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained minor injuries.

Three vehicles were towed away with crash damage.

CHP officers are investigating the collision.
