One person was hospitalized after two cars collided on Highway 78 near El Camino Real in Oceanside
Oceanside, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a car crash that left at least one person injured in Oceanside on Sunday morning.
At around 8:45 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a traffic collision on Highway 78 near El Camino Real.
A blue Honda Civic and a Lexus were involved in the collision. The events preceding the collision were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

CHP is investigating the accident is underway.
