Tucson, Ariz. – 65-year-old Donna Lorene Noletti has been identified as pedestrian struck and killed by car on River Road in Tucson Sunday evening.
TPD confirms the crash happened near River Road and Stone Loop at about 7:00 p.m. January 21.
Reportedly, Noletti was trying to to cross River Road from north to south in an unmarked crosswalk when she was hit by a 2015 Ford Fusion that was traveling west on River Road.
Noletti was pronounced dead at the crash site.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
TPD says the driver was determined to not be impaired.

Tucson, Ariz.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Tucson on Sunday evening, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The collision took place on River Road and Stone Loop on Sunday, January 21.
A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The identity of the pedestrian, an adult male, was not immediately released.
