Fresno, Calif. – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a hit-and-run driver on Wednesday evening in Fresno.
The accident was reported around 6 p.m. on Central Avenue just east of Clovis Avenue, according to CHP.
Authorities say the suspect was traveling westbound on Central Avenue when he crossed into the eastbound lanes and collided with a Ford F-150 and a Volvo SUV.
Two occupants of the Volvo suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
The suspect did not stop at the scene and was yet to be located.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
