One person was hospitalized after two cars collided on the 5 Freeway near Parker Road in Los Angeles on Sunday night
Castaic, Calif. – One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Sunday night near Castaic in Los Angeles.
At around 9:18 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received reports of a car accident on the 5 Freeway near Parker Road.
A silver Lexus sedan and a second vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
Authorities say one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
